DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all month end process and reporting
- Maintain fixed asset details and depreciation schedules
- Team Lead for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
- Analysis of monthly financials
- Analysis of the payroll data and complex reporting of all financial data to upper management
- Employment verification processing
- Maintenance of all personnel files from start dated to end date
- Analysis and Employee interaction regarding the administration of the employee benefit plans and retirement plans for current and past employees
- Sales tax audit and annual reporting
- Special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5-7 years accounting and leadership experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
