Provide guidance and HR operational issues to all level of management strategic services in areas of talent management, compensation, recruitment and policy interpretation.
Develop and Maintain
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws for employment practices and policies government and statutory regulations including AAP/EEO, SOX, employment laws and internal audit requirements.
Understand global training and compensation trends and make recommendations
Assistance in preparation and implementation on contractual negotiations with various unions.
Establish strong cross functional committees to review, develop and integrate HR practices and initiatives
Understand business cycles and staffing needs of the organization to develop human capital strategies

5 – 7 years in HR experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
