Provide guidance and HR operational issues to all level of management strategic services in areas of talent management, compensation, recruitment and policy interpretation.
Develop and Maintain
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws for employment practices and policies government and statutory regulations including AAP/EEO, SOX, employment laws and internal audit requirements.
Understand global training and compensation trends and make recommendations
Assistance in preparation and implementation on contractual negotiations with various unions.
Establish strong cross functional committees to review, develop and integrate HR practices and initiatives
Understand business cycles and staffing needs of the organization to develop human capital strategies
Other duties as assigned

SALES MANAGER – MILWAUKEE WISCONSIN AREA

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to promote their unique concept selling food co-op services for fund raising; to schools in the Milwaukee area. This person would support the account representative by providing sales, marketing and operational leadership in a specified area within a district. • Utilize consultative selling techniques to build, implement and drive immediate sales and establish long-term relationships with accounts.
• Serve as a fundraising consultant for key accounts including sales calls & presentations.
• Create action plans; set and meet revenue goals for area.
• Understand all aspects of the co-op business which includes: distribution channels, mechanics of conducting a sale, and relationship building between account representatives, departments, chairpersons, volunteers and customers.
• Motivate, coach, and counsel account representatives including setting expectations and goals as well as holding associates accountable for performance.
• Facilitate learning between account representatives and accounts through sharing of information via newsletters, meetings and training.

Job Specifications:

• Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree.
• One to three years experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.

Senior Accountant – Long Term Contract

Established and successful leading global supplier in Oakland County is looking for a dynamic Senior Accountant to complete a long term contract at their company. This position will interface with top management and have the ability to learn from experienced financial individuals.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in a Senior Accounting role, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, a polished demeanor, and advanced working knowledge of MS Excel. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, not a requirement; large systems experience would compliment this position.
Some responsibilities include:
Financial Statement preparation
Month end close process
Account reconciliation review for multiple International locations
Review International journal entries
Intercompany reconciliation and billings for multiple locations
Requirements:
