Global manufacturer of various products and systems has an opening for an HR Manager that would work strategically with management as a Business Partner. This position will support, initiate and drive HR processes where applicable such as:
• Health and Wellness
• Benefits and Compensation
Effectively work as a business partner to identify opportunities to maximize business performance. Identify unique business needs, develop recommendations and provide solutions. This person will be involved in many projects and will be part of the team for implementation of a new HRIS system. Provide compliance training for managers and supervisors in areas such as OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, harassment, and other areas covered by federal/state regulations.

-Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university, major of Human Resource or related field.
- Five to seven years of human resources generalist experience. Previous management experience is a plus.
