Bring your Human Resources talent to this well established company to support Employee Relations. Instrumental position working in tandem with legal counsel when needed. In this role you will consult with HR representatives at the plant facilities. Other generalist duties included in this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Consult, guide, train, and advise offsite HR staff related to employee issues and disciplinary actions, workers compensation, benefits, internal investigations, and all other HR functions
 Create and facilitate training for manufacturing and corporate staff
 Payroll oversight- processing, training and auditing policy
 Oversight of multiple manufacturing sites: develop and implement HR policies
 Deal with conflict and grievance resolution
Desired Traits:
 Very strong written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to work with all levels of staff
 Experience ensuring compliance with federal regulations
 Experience working with staff through performance reviews and seperation
 Some payroll and or benefits experience a plus
 Degree in Human Resources

Qualified candidate should have 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, along with proven ability to multitask, have persistence and be results oriented. Must enjoy working individually and in a team environment. Requirements include:

International automotive supplier is looking to add staff to their growing Human Resources department. Diverse generalist role that will have a variety of duties.

• Lead recruiting efforts for assigned staffs
• Lead performance management and improvement initiatives
• Assist with training and employee on-boarding process
• Assist with employee safety and benefits issues
• Lead succession planning with each assigned staff.
• Perform investigations of workplace complaints/allegations
• Assist with the development of HR policy
• Other duties as assigned.
