The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years cost analysis experience and thorough knowledge of accounting manufacturing process including bill of materials, labor and overhead rates, cost analysis, inventory accounting, and budgeting. Duties/Responsibilities:

Skills:
• Bachelor degree in accounting or related

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Identifying, researching and resolving billing complex issues
• Monitor credit check administration, assessment, approval and alert or stop recommendations
• Create and develop workable processes to achieve maximum collection goals
• All phases of customer collections and accounts receivable reconciliation
• Maintain reporting and customer aging
• Post incoming cash to customer accounts
• Resolve customer deductions and short payments
• Process credit applications
• Update credit files and maintain detailed collection history

Education & Skills Required:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of A/R, Credit & Collection experience in a medium or large
company
• Automotive Industry experience required
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel & Word applications
• Knowledge of A/S400 based systems helpful
• Team oriented with excellent written/verbal communication skills and a high level of initiative and persistence
• Ability to contact and correspond with large customer accounts
• A professional demeanor and focus on professional success
