Well-established manufacturing company is seeking an ERP System Administrator. The position is responsible for supporting the implementation of ERP Software in addition to providing technical support, administration, release management, incident management and routine upgrade support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user technical assistance and support. Responsibilities
· Monitor and maintain the daily operations of the Infor / CSI ERP system – Single Instance, Multi Site implementation, currently version 9.00.30.
· Monitor and maintain third-party integrations to the Infor Syteline / CSI ERP environment.
· Evaluate recommended patches or KBs from Infor against environment to identify potential impacts to existing applications and enhancements.
· Support of Document Management, Shop Floor Reporting and ERP facing Printing Administration.
· Evaluate recommended updates to Operating System to identify potential impacts to existing applications, processes or integrations.
· Collaborate with fellow IT Team members and Business System Analysts to provide support for incoming requests to understand, diagnose, research, and resolve issues or improve system performance.
· Provide technical assistance and support to other computer systems, software, and hardware within our organization on occasion.
· Follow up with customers/employees to ensure issues have been resolved.
· Document and collaborate with IT staff members and Business System Analysts on efforts toward active Project completion.
· Support, assist and implement software upgrades, and efforts toward new implementations.
· Work with MSP and DBA on system security and disaster recovery planning and execution
· Establish and maintain working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of previous experience with Infor / CSI preferred
· Working knowledge of SQL Server 2012 and newer database structures
· Must exhibit a high degree of motivation, responsibility, and confidentiality.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
· Familiarity with EDI, and ERP Integrations with e-Commerce, CRM or other applications
· Ability to manage time, projects and adjust to changing priorities when needed.
· Understanding of manufacturing business functions
