The successful candidate is looking to make a difference and have 3rd party payroll / HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Functions

  • Supports employee relations with efficient problem-solving with payroll and human resources issues.
  • Plans onboarding strategies and perform new employee orientation.
  • Maintain and track employee records.
  • Manage and process payroll, employee benefit needs, leaves, and conduct absences administration on 3rd Party Payroll/HR system.
  • Ensure employees safety according to company policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Reviews and selects resumes during hiring processes and update database.
  • Coordinates employee satisfaction surveys and gives insights to improve employees’ experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or Related experience
  • 2+ years of 3rd party payroll and human resource experience.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Payroll conversion experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player.
