Due to growth this well established automotive supplier is adding a new position to their team. They are seeking a HR Specialist to perform Payroll and 401k administration. The company offers excellent work life balance and benefit package.
Responsibilities
- Perform bi-weekly payroll functions for both hourly(non union) and salary employees
- 401K Administration for 500+ employees
- Administrative functions utilizing MS Office
- Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Human Resources Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources or Accounting preferred
- ADP Payroll Knowledge a plus
- 401k Administration
- MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point
- 1-3 years minimum of experience, in Human Resources; in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
