Due to growth this well established automotive supplier is adding a new position to their team. They are seeking a HR Specialist to perform Payroll and 401k administration. The company offers excellent work life balance and benefit package.

 Responsibilities

  • Perform bi-weekly payroll functions for both hourly(non union) and salary employees
  • 401K Administration for 500+ employees
  • Administrative functions utilizing MS Office
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Human Resources Manager

 Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources or Accounting preferred
  • ADP Payroll Knowledge a plus
  • 401k Administration
  • MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point
  • 1-3 years minimum of experience, in Human Resources; in a  manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
