Newly created position for a rapidly growing Oakland County Manufacturer. We are seeking a HR Generalist to manage Third Party 401K and HR payroll portion on ADP. Responsibilities

  • Human Resources portion of Bi-weekly Payroll for both hourly(non union) and salary employees – on ADP
  • Time and attendance verification
  • Employee Relations
  • Third Party 401K Management for 500+ employees
  • Administrative functions utilizing MS Office
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Human Resources Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources or Accounting preferred
  • 1-3 years minimum of experience, in Human Resources; in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • 1-3 years ADP Payroll required
  • Third party 401K knowledge
  • MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
