The successful candidate is looking to make a difference and have 3rd party payroll / HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Functions
- Supports employee relations with efficient problem-solving with payroll and human resources issues.
- Plans onboarding strategies and perform new employee orientation.
- Maintain and track employee records.
- Manage and process payroll, employee benefit needs, leaves, and conduct absences administration on 3rd Party Payroll/HR system.
- Ensure employees safety according to company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Reviews and selects resumes during hiring processes and update database.
- Coordinates employee satisfaction surveys and gives insights to improve employees’ experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or Related experience
- 2+ years of 3rd party payroll and human resource experience.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Payroll conversion experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player.
