Established Macomb County Communication Company is seeking a results-driven inside sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. In this role you will be responsible to call on existing customers establishing, developing and managing relationships. You will also be focusing on business development leads for Account Executives. The company offers competitive base and commission along with excellent benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting customer base and calling on potential prospects for new business opportunities.
• Updating customer and prospect information in CRM.
• Providing support, service, and quotes to our existing customers.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and potential clients.

Requirements:

• Preferred Telemarketing / Customer Service Experience (not required)
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Business-related computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM
• Highly energetic and a self-starter.
