Assist Human Resource Manager with various responsibilities.
Process high volume multistate payroll.
Calculates amount subject to withholding order (garnishment, levy, bankruptcy, child support, and/or wage assignment) and enters payroll system.
Reconciling benefits and other payroll deductions during payroll processing.
Reviews timecards and timesheet reports for accuracy.
Assist with W2 distribution.
Maintains complete, accurate and readily accessible files that conform to applicable policies and procedures (garnishment, worker’s comp and unemployment).
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 1-3 years’ solid experience payroll
• Intermediate MS Excel – Pivot Tables
• Organized, Detail oriented and Team Player
• Strive in a busy environment
