Well established manufacturing corporation is seeking Senior Financial Analyst. The position is responsible for monthly consolidated financials, forecasting, and budgeting. Responsibilities:
- Analysis and development of the monthly consolidated financial forecast and annual business plan
- Consolidation of financial results into the various financial model files
- Preparation of key portions of the monthly management reporting packages (actual and forecast)
- Complete monthly special project accounting/forecasting work streams
- Complete price models and perform ad-hock analyses
- Develop and oversee initiatives and projects to achieve targets
- Assist with product costing and pricing
- Variance analysis and explanations
- Build financial database by identifying sources of information, assembling, verifying, and backing up data
- Build, create, and analyze the models and simulations used in forecasting
- Analyze the financial statements and operational data
- Track and analyze cash flow drivers
- Income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow consolidation experience
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Advanced Excel skills – Power Query / Power BI experience a plus
- Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills
